As a UX/UI designer, my primary objective was to integrate efficient routes, battery care, and intricate technology navigation into one cohesive app experience. This encompassed crafting wireframes, devising visual concepts and implementation designs, and designing a flexible UI-Kit.

The Idea Behind Design

The intelligent assistant is an integrated system of intelligent software agents that helps users communicate, find information, and manage time with minimum effort. As an intelligent assistant, this app helps the user perform complex tasks such as charging the car, monitoring its condition, and building routes in just a few taps.

Problems for Electric Vehicle Owners

1) Dealing with multiple charging apps and cards for electric vehicle charging is cumbersome and time-consuming. Users face the challenge of navigating through various platforms and networks to find charging points, resulting in inefficiency and frustration during the charging process.

Solution

Optimized Charging Experience: Tailored Stations and Transparent Status

We've developed a streamlined charging process that allows users to choose the optimal charging station for their vehicle. They not only receive charging instructions but can also customize charging parameters and easily monitor the charging status.

Seamless Journey Planning with Routing

We've introduced a feature named "Routing" to streamline the journey. With this, users simply input their starting point, planned stops, and final destination, along with their desired end-of-trip charge level. The app then generates a route, complete with charging stations along the way, ensuring continuous charging for your car. So users don't need to worry about finding charging stations while on the road.

Transparent Charging Subscription System

We've introduced users to a transparent charging subscription system that eliminates concerns about unexpected bills. With a single payment, users gain access to all network charging points, along with features to monitor their balance, view payment history, and halt subscriptions directly within the app.

Personalized Care for EV

Understanding users' desire to stay informed about their car's condition, especially in cases where they may own multiple vehicles, we've introduced the "My Garage" feature. Here, users can access comprehensive information about their cars' conditions. Leveraging this data, the app provides personalized charging advice tailored to maintaining optimal battery health.

The mobile app is now live on marketplaces, incorporating enhancements based on user feedback.
